Who We Are
NERVEXO is operated by MotoPartico MB. We deliver at-home recovery devices to customers across the United Kingdom, dispatched directly from our fulfilment partners.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on every order, with no minimum spend. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — there are no surprise delivery fees.
Shipping Area
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom. If for any reason we're unable to deliver to your location, you'll be notified at checkout or before your order is processed, and any payment will be refunded in full.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on your location and local carrier. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs or peak-season volumes.
Shipping Process
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. You can also check your status any time on our Track your order page.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact support@nervexo.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
