We want you to love your NERVEXO. That's why every eligible product comes with a 90-day risk-free trial.
If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 90 days of receiving your order. We don't want your money if the product isn't right for you — no hassle, no questions asked.
How to Initiate a Return
Before sending anything back, please contact our support team at support@nervexo.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll confirm that your item is eligible and send you clear instructions on how to proceed.
Return Rules and Guidelines
Return label required. Returns must be sent using the instructions and address we provide. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be processed.
Restocking and disposal fees. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer; if your item arrived damaged or faulty, the return or replacement is always free. Certain items returned used or incomplete may be subject to a reasonable restocking or disposal fee, which we will always communicate to you in advance.
Processing time. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Returns outside the return window. Requests made after the 90-day window may not be eligible. If you've experienced an issue, please reach out and we'll do our best to help.
Gel Pads & Consumables — Non-Returnable Once Opened
For hygiene reasons, consumable accessories such as gel pads cannot be returned once opened. If they arrive faulty or damaged, contact us and we'll arrange a free replacement.
