Cancellation Policy
We process orders quickly so they reach you as fast as possible — which means there is only a short window to cancel before an order ships.
If you'd like to cancel, please email support@nervexo.com with your order number as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed for shipping, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You can still return it under our Return Policy once it arrives — every eligible product is covered by our 90-day risk-free trial.
Refunds for cancelled orders are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Subscriptions
NERVEXO doesn't offer subscriptions or recurring plans — every order is a simple one-time purchase, so there is never anything to cancel on an ongoing basis.
